We have our employees set up on fingerprint punching, but you have options to use facial recognition, both facial and fingerprint, or a passcode (and a few other combos). I was drawn to it for its biometric security functions and ability to access remotely.

I purchased this for my business, to install at one of our office locations. if your employees can not access their accounts online (for an extra fee of course), look elsewhere as the clock itself does nothing, but record times. This product may be ok for companies where every employee has a computer, but for farms, factories, plants, etc. What kind of company asks you to send back hundreds of dollars of equipment and says - maybe we will refund you? When I clarified this with Priscilla (office manager) she said "that is exactly what I'm telling you to do - send them back and we will determine if we will refund you." Priscilla was horribly rude, condescending, and finishes every sentence in a question form, even when it is a statement, which is perhaps just a personal pet peeve as I'm not a millennial from California. When we asked to return the clocks (as they won't work for our purposes) we were actually told to "send them back and we will see if we can refund you or not". We called to inquire about this and was told that there is simply no functionality within the clock itself to show employees this.
